By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. CPF Training and Consulting is a division of CPF Financial Services Limited, incorporated under the laws of Kenya.

Our Services We offer professional training programs, management advisory and consulting, research and surveys, event registration, and access to publications – all subject to availability and written confirmation.

Training Registrations Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from our team. All fees are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Group rates are available for three or more participants from the same organisation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made five or more working days before program commencement qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within four working days may substitute another participant but will not be refunded. No-shows forfeit the full fee. CPF Training and Consulting reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any program, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Consulting Engagements All consulting work is governed by a signed service agreement. Intellectual property developed during engagements remains the property of CPF Training and Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Payment Full payment is required before program commencement unless a written credit arrangement is in place. We accept bank transfer (RTGS/EFT) and M-Pesa. Details are provided upon registration.

Intellectual Property All website content – including training materials, publications, and branding – is the property of CPF Training and Consulting and protected under Kenyan and international copyright law. No content may be reproduced for commercial use without written consent.

Limitation of Liability Our liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
