Sospeter holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a BA in Economics & Sociology from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya CPA (K), a certified Risk Analyst (CRA), a certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci).

Sospeter is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). Sospeter’s Risk experience spans over 12 years in Consultancy, Banking, Government, and Pension.
