Ms. Rosemary Maina is a Corporate Trainer and Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience in strategy formulation and execution, and over a decade in corporate training. She is a Business Excellence and Organizational Change Practitioner, with deep expertise in transformative leadership, strategic planning, performance management using the Balanced Scorecard, organizational culture, and change management. Her training portfolio also spans sales and marketing, customer experience, pension management, pre-retirement planning, and personal branding.

She is a Certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Balanced Scorecard Practitioner, and a Certified Trustee, with extensive knowledge in social security and pension matters. Ms. Maina holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Education degree, and has undertaken several professional certifications in corporate governance, strategy and scenario planning, and senior leadership development, including the Senior Management Leadership Program at Strathmore Business School.

Ms. Maina currently serves as the Head of CPF Consulting, the advisory arm of CPF Financial Services Ltd, where she leads high-impact consulting and training assignments across diverse sectors. She has previously held several senior leadership roles within CPF Group, including Chief Manager Strategy and Change Management, Chief Manager Corporate Strategy and Risk Management, and Chief Manager Marketing and Corporate Communications. Over the years, she has led and delivered numerous strategic planning, governance, and organizational transformation assignments for leading institutions across East Africa. She is widely recognized for her strong facilitation skills, practical approach to training, and her ability to drive sustainable organizational performance.
