Mr. Ndumai has over 15 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Controls. A Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, Cornelius holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Accounting), both from the University of Nairobi.

He is an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the Institute of Internal Auditors of Kenya (IIAK), and the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA). Mr. Ndumai is also a Certified Pension Trustee.
