Anne Jematia Tuitoek is a highly experienced Human Resource professional with over 20 years of progressive expertise in human resource management, HR audits, policy development, performance management, and talent development. She has worked extensively with public institutions, corporate organizations, and development partners, providing strategic HR consultancy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness solutions.

She is a certified HR practitioner and seasoned trainer with strong expertise in leadership development, balanced scorecard implementation, and performance management systems. Anne has facilitated numerous capacity-building programs focused on improving compliance, employee productivity, and governance, supporting organizations to strengthen their HR systems and overall institutional performance.

She is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Education in English and Literature from Kenyatta University, and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management. She has also undertaken professional development in industrial relations, psychological counselling, strategic leadership, and change management. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) and a licensed HR practitioner under the Institute of Human Resource Management. She is also a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Trainer of Trainers, and a Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor.

Anne currently serves as Manager, HR Consultancy at CPF Financial Services Ltd, where she leads HR advisory services, executive search, and capacity-building initiatives. In this role, she designs and delivers programs in HR audits, policy development, leadership, and performance management. Previously, she served in various HR leadership roles within CPF Financial Services Ltd, including Human Resources Manager – Talent and HR & Administration Manager. Earlier in her career, she worked with The Standard Group Ltd as Group Administration Manager and HR Officer. Anne is a highly regarded facilitator known for her practical approach to HR transformation and her ability to translate HR frameworks into effective organizational practices.
