CHRP ALPHAS ADOGA KEVERENGE, MIHRM

DIRECTOR, CPF TRAINING AND CONSULTING

CHRP Alphas Adoga Keverenge is the Director CPF Training and Consulting, with over 15 years of senior management experience in training, consultancy, and research. He has a proven track record in managing higher education training institutions, establishing and scaling consultancy practices, and driving institutional growth and transformation. Alphas has held several senior leadership roles, including University Registrar (Academics), TVET Programmes Coordinator (Skills and Employability), and Deputy Principal & Head of Consultancy and Enterprise at the College of Human Resource Management-CHRM.

He brings extensive expertise in training programme development, training needs assessment, consultancy services and the formulation, review, and execution of strategic plans. He is well-networked across both public and private sectors, enabling strong partnerships and impactful engagements.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy and holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in political science, Governance, and Public Administration.

Alphas is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) and holds a National Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Education. Additionally, he has completed the Strategic Leadership Development Programme at the Kenya School of Government (KSG) and is currently pursuing the Certified Secretaries (CS) qualification. He has further professional training in Balanced Scorecard and Training of Trainers (ToT), strengthening his capacity in performance management and capacity building.

He is an active member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and supports the Human Resource Management Professionals Examination Board (HRMPEB). A passionate advocate for professional development, Alphas has been instrumental in advancing and promoting the CHRP programme among HR professionals nationwide. His contributions to e-learning (ODEL), Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), and the professional mobilization of HR practitioners have had a significant national impact.
