We respect your privacy. This policy explains how CPF Training and Consulting – a division of CPF Financial Services Limited – collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act (No. 24 of 2019).
What We Collect We collect your name, job title, organisation, contact details, payment records, and website usage data when you register for programs, submit enquiries, or engage our services.
How We Use It Your data is used to process registrations, deliver training and consulting services, send program updates and event invitations (where consented), issue certificates and invoices, and improve our services.
Who We Share It With We do not sell your data. We may share it with training facilitators and venue partners, payment processors, accreditation bodies (NITA, IHRM) for CPD reporting, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
Your Rights Under Kenyan law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data – and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us directly.
Cookies We use essential, analytics (Google Analytics, anonymised), and marketing cookies. You can manage preferences through your browser or our cookie consent tool.
Data Retention Training registration data is retained for a minimum of seven years for audit compliance. Other data is held only as long as necessary.
International Programs For programs held abroad (Rwanda, Dubai, Zanzibar, Malaysia, etc.), limited data may be shared with local venue partners under appropriate safeguards.
